We're all about teaming up with enthusiastic animal and environmental lovers to help you diversify your land use while ensuring a steady income stream.

What we do is create a wonderfully safe haven for people to take their beloved dogs for a stroll. We've got those 6ft high fences, secure parking spots, and sturdy pathways to make it all perfect. Our customers reserve the paddock for their exclusive use, whether they have reactive dogs, ones that don't quite follow the recall, are training puppies, or simply want a peaceful walk with their furry friends. 

Our primary goal is to provide a secure space for dogs and their owners, but it's a win-win because it also helps farmers by reducing the impact of livestock and keeps the public from wandering onto private land.

Now, here's where you come in. We're on the lookout for new sites all across the UK and we're offering competitive rates of up to £1,500 per acre per year. It could be land you hardly use or maybe it's low-yield, and that's where we step in. 

We'll handle everything, from installation to administration and setup. We get it –  we know you might not want to make big changes to your land, so all our structures blend in seamlessly with standard farming materials.

Size: We're ideally looking for parcels of land ranging from 2 to 5 acres.

Ownership: We prefer leasehold, but we're open to considering freehold arrangements as well.

Offer: We're excited to offer rates of up to £1500 per acre per year.

Planning: Don't worry about the paperwork; our team at Bentley's Fields will expertly manage and submit a full planning application to change the land's use from agricultural to our friendly, dog-safe space.

Services: While we prefer access to a mains water supply, we're also open to the possibility of installation if needed.

Access: It would be fantastic if the land is situated alongside or near a main road for easy accessibility.

Location: Ideally, we'd like the land to be within a reasonable distance of a community to ensure that our friendly dog haven can benefit a good number of folks and their furry friends.
