Departure Promptness:

Kindly vacate the premises promptly at the conclusion of your session. We recommend allocating 5 minutes to facilitate loading and departure. For instance, if your session spans 30 minutes, we request that you exit the field at the 25-minute mark, allowing 5 minutes for loading and departure before the scheduled end time. This allows the next customer to commence their session punctually at the designated hour or half hour.

Vehicle and Household Limitations:

Each booking is limited to a maximum of two cars and two households, accommodating up to 5 dogs per booking.

Waste Management:

Please ensure the proper disposal of dog waste in the bins provided. Bags are provided.

Safety Measures:

While the field is enclosed, absolute security for every dog cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any instances of escape or the resulting consequences thereof.

Rural Environment Caution:

Exercise caution while traversing the field, considering the rural setting. Uneven terrain, holes, and slippery, muddy areas may be present. Additionally, neighbouring livestock may be encountered. Although double fencing and hedging with a safety gap have been installed, it is imperative to prevent any disturbance to the livestock.

Supervision Responsibility:

During the summer months, when the swimming pool is filled, it is the responsibility of visitors to supervise their dogs. Bentleys Fields shall not be held accountable for any incidents arising from inadequate supervision.

Parking Disclaimer:

Vehicles are parked at the user's own risk. Bentleys Fields disclaims any responsibility for accidents, damages, or losses incurred to vehicles or their contents and valuables. Please do not park on the road outside.

Preventative Measures:

Please refrain from allowing dogs to dig, as this could create trip hazards for our patrons.

Noise Etiquette:

While occasional barking is natural, excessive or persistent barking may result in restrictions on future facility usage.

Sharing Sessions:

If you opt to share your session with acquaintances, ensure that they familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions.

Commercial Dog Walkers 

In alignment with numerous dog walking fields, we have chosen to discontinue the provision of services to commercial dog walkers. The Charlwood field is committed to fostering a sense of community support, prioritizing the welfare of residents over the commercial exploitation of our premises.
